HOME AND PET CARE POLICIES

NOTIFICATION OF YOUR ARRIVAL HOME FROM A TRIP
For the well being of your pet(s), please notify me of your arrival home. Please email me or call (619) 293-7381 at ANY hour & leave a voice message that you have returned.

KEYS
Client's keys can be kept on file with me to simplify arrangements for future visits. However, if you decide you want your keys picked up or returned personally, there will be a fee of $6.00. No charge for returning keys by mail.

PAYMENT
Payments for pet sitting service(s) are to be paid to Bruce Haley in full by the first day service begins. All major credit cards, check or cash are accepted via Pay Pal (a secure site). The link is www.homeandpetcare.com/payment.html. There is a $15 handling charge for checks returned for any reason.

RESERVATIONS
Please make your requests with at least 48 hours notice. All reservations, questions, or comments are to be made through the Haley’s Home And Pet Care office, (619) 293-7381, online web form or by email at info@homeandpetcare.com. Your reservation will be confirmed within 24 hours by phone and/or email.

CANCELLATIONS
A 24-hour notice for all cancellations is required. Less than 24-hour notice will result in Client being billed for 50% of the fee for booked services.

HOLIDAY CHARGE
There is no longer an additional fee on Holidays.

MEDICAL
Administering medication and performing simple medical procedures is not a problem. I'm also able to give needle-administered medications like insulin and allergy shots. In some cases there might be an extra fee for this service.

REFERRAL BONUS
I hope you will recommend me to friends, neighbors, and colleagues. If someone uses me based upon your referral, you will receive one (1) free pet sitting visit.

NAME TAGS - MICROCHIPS
Please make sure your pet's nametags and or microchip ID’s are on your pets and up to date.
