DROP OFF AND PICK UP 

Dog pick up and drop off is by appointment only  during our business hours.

 

Special requests outside these times are considered on a case by case basis. 

We understand sometimes “life happens” and you can’t always keep your appointment.

We appreciate you keeping us informed by text or phone when running late or early. 

 

When you arrive at our house please text us from your car letting us know you arrived. This gives us time to secure the other boarded dogs inside and meet you at the front gate. There’s a wireless bell at the gate if no one is there to greet you.

 

PRICING

Our boarding fee is based on per-night. Check out (on the last day) is 7-10am. 

Anything later will incur an additional “½ day fee”.

 

$45 per night for first dog, second dog $30 per night

  • No charge on the last day if pickup is before 10am 

  • $30 ½ day fee if pickup is after 10am, with 3-6 pm as the next available time slot for pick up.  No dog pickups after 6pm unless special arrangements are made in advance. 

 

RESERVATIONS 

We suggest making your reservation at least 2 weeks in advance since space is limited, especially during holidays.

We suggest having a backup plan in case we’re booked up. We try our best to give existing clients priority.

WHAT TO BRING

  • food & treats in a tupperware-like container with your dogs name on it

  • medications (if needed) with clear written instructions

  • leash and collar

  • blanket and/or bed (optional) Note: We cannot be held responsible for damaged items from other dogs in home.

 

WHAT NOT TO BRING

  • Toys

  • Chews

  • Crate (unless approved by us)

  • Bowls

 

CANCELLATIONS

Our home boarding facility has limited space and we are frequently at or near capacity. When we are at capacity, the lack of space may force us to turn away some clients for boarding. Due to the loss of revenue as a result of no shows, untimely cancellations, schedule changes, we have implemented the following cancellation policy. 

 

  • If you cancel a reservation more than 7 days in advance of your dog’s intended arrival, there is no charge

  • If you cancel a reservation less than 7 days in advance, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of what your invoice would have been, with a minimum charge of $75

  • If you cancel a reservation less than 3 days in advance, we charge a cancellation fee of 80% of what your invoice would have been, with a minimum charge of $75.
